Signing in

We use Google sign-in. When you sign in, Google shares only your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.

What we store

To run the shop and fulfil your orders, we store:

• your account (name, email address, profile picture)
• the items and designs in your cart
• your orders
• the delivery details you give at checkout: name, phone number, address and any notes

This is kept in our database, provided by Neon and hosted in London, UK.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to serve the site, including IP addresses in its server logs.

Live updates

When you're signed in, the site and app use Pusher to update your cart instantly across your devices. Pusher relays a small "cart updated" message with your item count and, like any server, sees your IP address when your browser or app connects.

Emails

We send order confirmation emails through Mailgun, which receives your email address and order details in order to deliver them.

Payments

We don't collect any payment details. You pay on delivery.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone beyond the services named above. We don't use advertising or tracking. Fonts are served from our own site, not from a third party.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all of its data yourself from the Account page (open it from your profile picture at the top of the page once signed in). This removes your account, cart, orders and delivery details, and the link to your Google account.
